Sara Kate Studios
Sara Kate is an interior designer, stylist, scout and curator. In 2014, she combined all of those skills and turned them into a brick-and-mortar store in the Automobile Alley District of Oklahoma City. She sees life in the little things. She treasures the special items that complete a space: an heirloom-quality keepsake, a funky foreign textile, a retro modern accent lamp, or go-to cozy rugs and blankets. In short, she a master of “the mix.”
Sara approached me in 2013 to help her create an identity for her shop, as well as, the various extensions of her brand. We developed a simple script for her main logotype played with clean lines for the brand language. Photography by K.Slade & Abby Coyle.
